  • 310S Stainless Steel Tube ASTM A213 ASME SA213 310S 310H Stainless Steel Tubes

Guanyu Steel Tube is specialized manufacturer of 310S Stainless Steel Tube in China. 310S Stainless steel Tubes is a combination of good strength and corrosion resistance in temperature up to 2100°F (1149°C). Due to its relatively high chromium and nickel content it is superior in most environments to 304 or 309 stainless.  ASTM A213 / ASME SA 213 310S 310H Stainless Steel Tube is typically used for elevated temperature applications.

Its high chromium and nickel content provides comparable corrosion resistance, superior in oxidation resistance, and the retention of a larger fraction of room temperature strength than the common austenitic Alloy 304. 310S Stainless Steel Tube is an austenitic heat resisting alloy with excellent resistance to oxidation under mildly cyclic conditions to 2100°F. Its high chromium and nickel contents provide comparable corrosion resistance, superior resistance to oxidation and the retention of a larger fraction of room temperature strength.

310S Stainless Steel is a highly alloyed austenitic stainless steel used for high temperature application. The high chromium and nickel content give the steel excellent oxidation resistance as well as high strength at high temperature. This grade is also very ductile, and has good weldability enabling its widespread usage in many applications.

Typical Applications Grade 310/310S is used in fluidised bed combustors, kilns, radiant tubes, tube hangers for petroleum refining and steam boilers, Stainless Steel Reheater Tubes and Superheater Tubes for Boiler, coal gasifier internal components, lead pots, thermowells, refractory anchor bolts, burners and combustion chambers, retorts, muffles, annealing covers, saggers, food processing equipment, cryogenic structures.

310S Stainless Steel combining excellent high temperature properties with good weldability and ductility, is designed for high temperature service. 310S stainless steel resists oxidation in continuous service at temperatures up to 1150°C provided reducing sulfur gases are not present. 310S is also used for intermittent service at temperatures up to 1040°C.

Zhejiang Guanyu Stainless Steel Tube Co., Ltd is specialized manufacturer of 316L Stainless Steel Tubes according to ASME SA 213 / ASTM A 213, 316L Stainless Steel Tube are molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel, which are more resistant to general corrosion and pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion than the conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel such as 304. 316L Stainless Steel also offer higher creep, stress-to-rupture, and tensile strength at elevated temperature. In addition to excellent corrosion resistance and strength properties, the Alloys 316 and 316L Cr-Ni-Mo alloys also provide excellent fabricability and formability which are typical of the austenitic stainless steel. 316L Stainless Steel Tubes is improved version of 304 Stainless Steel, with the addition of molybdenum and higher nickel content. The resultant Chemical composition of 316 gives the steel much increased corrosion resistance in aggressive environment. Molybdenum make the steel more resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-contaminated media, sea…

ASME SA213 TP304L Stainless Steel Tube ASTM A213 TP304L Stainless Steel Tube

ASME SA213 TP304L Stainless Steel Tube is a variation of the 18% chromium – 8% nickel austenitic alloy, the most familiar and most frequently used alloy in the stainless steel family. This alloy may be considered for a wide variety of applications and exhibits good corrosion resistance, ease of fabrication, excellent formability, and high strength with low weight. Type 304L is a lower carbon variant of Grade 304 – the steel can be welded without the resulting issue of carbon precipitation precipitation of chromium carbide as heat is applied during the welding process which depletes the chromium element of the steel thus reducing its anti-corrosive/oxidation effectiveness, and because of low carbon percentage, can minimizing Intergranular corrosion attack. As a result, Type 304L Stainless Steel Tube is a sort after material for use in severely corrosive conditions. Weld annealing is only necessary in applications where stress loads are excessive. This steel Grade is found in a variety of commercial sectors, particularly in the chemical industry. 304 &…

    321 Stainless Steel Tube

ASTM A213 AISI 321 Stainless Steel Tube UNS N32100 EN 10216 – 5 1.4541 is a stabilized stainless steel which offers as its main advantage an excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion following exposure to temperature in the chromium carbide precipitation range from 800 to 1500°F (427 to 816°C). Alloy 321 stainless steel tubing is stabilized against chromium carbide formation by the addition of titanium. 321 321H stainless steel is basically from 304 stainless steel. They different by a very very small addition of Titanium. The real difference is their carbon content. The higher the carbon content the greater the yield strength. 321 stainless steel has advantages in high temperature environment due to its excellent mechanical properties. Compared with 304 alloy, 321 stainless steel has better ductility and resistance to stress fracture. In addition, 304L can also be used for anti-sensitization and intergranular corrosion.A limitation with 321 is that titanium does not transfer well across a high…
